This means that when we have missed it, God wants us to be conscious that in Christ, we have the forgiveness of sins through His blood. God wants us to be conscious that Christ was wounded and bruised for our sins, and that the chastisement for our peace was upon Him. (Isaiah 53:5) So when you fall, don’t be conscious of your failure and feel bad or condemned.
